Willie Mae Griffin of Reydell, Arkansas was born on October 23, 1936 to William and Suller Parker. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Clarence Griffin, two sisters, Myra Williams and Gertrude Davis, two brothers-in-law, Roger Williams, Sr. and Russell Abram, Sr. She was a long time member of True Faith Missionary Baptist Church and later joined Sunlight Missionary Baptist Church. She worked as a home health aide. She enjoyed fishing, gardening, cooking and playing spades. She leaves to cherish her memory: son, Clarence (Lois) Stewart Griffin of Gooding, Idaho; daughter, Bettie J. Parker of Kansas City; three grandchildren, Deon Parker, Tamika Clark and Monty Clark all of Kansas City; six great grandchildren that she loved to death along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Funeral service will be held at 11:00am on Saturday, March 21, 2020 at Sunlight Missionary Baptist Church, KCMO. Visitation 10:00am. Interment, private disposition.
