Alberta Lee Hagen was born May 10, 1954 in Little Rock, Arkansas to Auluvance Hagen and Mary Lee Owens-Hagen. Alberta accepted Jesus Christ at an early age as her Lord and Savior. She is preceded in death by Father Auluvance Hagen, Mother Mary Hagen, Sister Audrey, Brother Larry Hagen, Brother in Law David Riley, and Niece Jalisa Reed.
Alberta graduated from West High School, then went on to College at Penn Valley for Nursing.
Alberta Lee Hagen was married to Melvin Jetton in July 1972 to this union two children were born Melvin Andre Jetton and Jacqueline Marie Jetton.
Alberta was employed at Children’s Mercy Hospital for many years. Alberta’s passion for Dancing lead to a career of 20 years and she retired.
Albert enjoyed her family, dancing, playing the keyboard, exercise, hair, make-up, bowling leagues, skating, cooking, drive-in, and decorating. She had contagious laugh that left a lasting impression on everyone. She enjoyed serving her community and helping others. Showing love is what she does. Alberta was a genuine down to earth pure hearted woman.
Alberta was called home and gained her wings November 19, 2022, at St. Luke’s Hospital with family by her side.
Alberta leaves to treasure her memory Son; Melvin Andre Jetton (Johnette), Daughter; Jacqueline Marie Jetton, both of Kansas City, Mo. Brother; Auluvance Hagen of Little Rock, Ar. Sisters; Addie L. McNair of Flint, Mi., Marilyn Riley of Jacksonville, Ar., Sylvia Allen of Kansas City, Mo., Renee Frazier of Jacksonville, Ar., 3 grandchildren; Jordan Jetton, Tamia Perkins, Travon McMillian and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, and other relatives and friends.
