Curtis Lee Parham, 43, departed this life on March 8, 2020 at home in Kansas City, Mo. He was born to the union of Willard and Valerie (Cullors) Parham on January 20, 1977 in Kansas City, Missouri. Curtis grew up in Kansas City and was formally education in the Kansas City Missouri School District. At an early age, Curtis professed his faith in Christ and was baptized at Park Avenue Missionary Baptist Church. Curtis was known for his willingness to work and he maintained employment at the University of Kansas Hospital, Muehlebach Hotel and Research Hospital.
Curtis was an easy going, fun loving person who enjoyed joking around and conversation with his friends and family. He met the love of his life and significant other Deborah “Debbie” Banks in 2006.
He was preceded in death by his step-Father Thomas Clayton, maternal Grandparents Robert and Carrie Cullors, paternal Grandfather Willard Parham, Sr and Aunt Maxie Cullors.
Curtis is survived by Deborah Banks of Kansas City, Mo.; Father, Willard Parham, Jr. of Kansas City, Mo.; Mother, Valerie Cullors-Shobe (Claude) of Kansas City, Mo.; Paternal Grandmother, Melnernee Moten of Kansas City, Mo.; Brothers, Willard Parham III (Burvina) of Raytown, Mo.; Steven Parham of Raytown, Mo.; Sister, Terrae Morris (Kevin) of Kansas City, Mo.; several nieces, nephews and a host of relatives and friends.
Memorial Services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Monday, March 23, 2020 at Mount Sinai Missionary Baptist Church.
