Charles Williams Jr., 91, was born on December 9th, 1928, in Waco, Texas to Charles Columbus, and Margie (Rachelle) Williams. He died Tuesday, May 12, 2020. He was preceded in death of both parents, a brother, Curtis Williams, a sister Margie Trigg, as well as daughter, Donna J. Brooks. He was married to Margaret J. Ellis in 1951 to which three children were born: Patricia Ann, Donna Jean, and Charles DeWayne (Williams). This union later dissolved. On May 4th, 1990, Charles married the love of his life, Jackie Henry celebrating 29 years of marriage. He grew up in the Kansas City area as a young boy, moved to Los Angeles, CA., then returned to the Kansas City Area for his remaining life.

He was the storeroom supervisor at Menorah Hospital for many years until his retirement, then pursued a career as a security guard working for the company Crowd Systems. Back in the day he was quite a bowler with his Menorah Hospital bowling team. He was a Korean War veteran serving with the United States Army. He was a member of the Prince of Peace Baptist Church, Kansas City, MO and had accepted the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Those remaining to one day reunite are, his loving wife, Jackie (Henry) Williams of the home Kansas City, Mo; three daughters, Patricia Ann Lockhart (Donald Lockhart) of Clovis, California; Cheryl Thornton, Kansas City, Mo.; Renita Blackburn, Kansas City, Mo., step daughter; Felicia Williams, Kansas City, Mo., step son; Shawn Woolridge (Jill Woolridge) of Schertz, Texas; two sisters, and one brother, Sandra Ford, Diana Hawkins: Portland Oregon, and Leonard Trigg Sr.; Tigard, Oregon; church family; and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cherished friends.

Graveside services to be held at the Leavenworth National Cemetery.
