Mr. Ralph Clark

Obituary Ralph “Tip” Clark Jr. was born July 23, 1944, in Pine Bluff, Arkansas to the late Ralph Clark Sr. and Ruby Lee Clark. He attended Harmony School in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. Ralph was the oldest male of twelve and quickly presumed the role of the Clark Patriarch after the passing of his father. Ralph later moved to Kansas City, MO in 1964 where he married Barbara Lewis and had two children. Ralph loved spending time with his family and took pride in being a family man who also loved to help anyone he’d come across throughout the years of his life. He was very active and involved during his early stages of life where he ran Clark’s Trucking for over 10 years, he was a member of Masonic Eureka Lodge #170 of Kansas City, MO and had a love for owning nice cars to name a few. He also worked at Certain-Teed fiber glass company for 40 years from which he retired in 2007. He was also a God-fearing man and was an active member in his home church Mount Vernon Missionary Baptist Church, Kansas City, MO. He is preceded in death by both his parents; Ralph & Ruby Clark, one brother; George Clark, one sister; Dorothy Blakely; and wife, Barbara Lewis. Ralph is survived by two loving Daughters and his Son; Tanisha Brown (John), Cynthia Lewis, and Alan Clark all of Kansas City, MO; special friend; Ann Tilman, Sisters; Counsella McNealy, Bobby Reynolds (Ernest) both of Pine Bluff, Arkansas, Brothers; Willie Clark (Linda) of Kansas City, MO, Charles Clark (Bobby) of Yorktown, Arkansas, Victor Clark (Betty) of Pine Buff, Arkansas, Vedell Clark (Shirley) Pine Bluff, Arkansas, John Clark (Annette) Pine Bluff, Arkansas, Tracy Clark and Travis Clark of Kansas City, MO. Grandchildren; Ontarrio Lewis, Lamon Lewis, Johnnice Brown, John Brown, Johnntise Brown and Jonnyaer Brown. and a host of great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Funeral Service will be held, Saturday, January 8, 2021, 12:00pm at Mt. Vernon MBC. Visitation will be from 11am-12pm at the church. Interment XII Gates Memorial Gardens.
