Obituary In this season of miracles of Our Savior’s Birth, God has called Earline home. Earline Sophorina Webb, 79, passed away on December 17, 2020, at the home in Kansas City Missouri. She was born on October 15, 1941, in the Thompson Bend area of Rural Charleston, Missouri to Robert Scott and Pauline Rush Scott. Earline was raised in the Thompson Bend Community and attended Thompson Bend and Kelly Schools. On April 24, 1960, she married her husband Jimmie C. Webb Sr. They were married for 60 years. God blessed this union with 4 children, and a life filled with endless love, happiness, and memories. Earline was employed by Kansas City Life Insurance Company, after 25 years she retired in November 1999. November 1999, Earline became the First Lady of Millennium Baptist Church alongside her husband Dr. Rev. Jimmie C. Webb Sr.; serving, praising, and uplifting God. Earline was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, and two sisters. She is survived by her husband Jimmie C. Webb Sr., of Kansas City, Missouri; children, Dennis (Rochelle) Webb of North Kansas City, Missouri, Freda Webb-Williams of Kansas City, Missouri, Jimmy (Tracy) Webb Jr. of Blue Springs, Missouri, Paula Webb-Smith of Kansas City, Missouri; 11 Grandchildren, Dennis Webb Reid, Sophorina Williams, Ryan Webb, Steve Smith Jr., Clarence Williams III, Lamont Williams, Denzel Webb, Jerome Webb, Deonte Webb, Chelsea Lawson, and Courtney Smith; and 18 Great Grandchildren. She’s also survived by 4 brothers, Robert Scott of Chicago Heights, Illinois, Garry (Gina) Scott of Grain Valley, Missouri, Johnny Scott of Charleston, Missouri, and Wayne Scott of Charleston, Missouri; 6 sisters, Ola Mae(Jimmy) Hamilton of Independence, Missouri, Lisa Scott of Dallas Texas, Dollye (Arnold) Brewer of Charleston, Missouri, Rose (James) McCain of Charleston, Missouri, Lois Dugan of Charleston, Missouri, and Debra Gale of LaBelle, Florida, a host of nephews, nieces, other relatives, friends, and loved ones. Private Funeral Services will be held at Lawrence A. Jones & Sons Linwood Chapel. A Public Visitation will be held from 12pm to 1pm on Tuesday, December 29th at Lawrence A.
