Obituary The life of Mother Claudia Mae Williams Claudia Mae Williams was born September 10, 1940, to the union of Frank, Sr. and Essie Standifer in Simsboro Louisiana. She was the 6th child born to this union. Claudia Mae Williams relocated from Arkansas to Kansas City, Missouri in the early 1950’s. She attended the Kansas City School System and graduated from Central High School in 1958. She continued her education and became a Licensed Practical Nurse July 20, 1961. After becoming an LPN, she led the charge and inspired her 2 sisters and 3 double first cousins to complete their educational pursuits to become LPN’s as well. She was known as a pioneer on many fronts. Subsequently, her entrepreneurial spirit led her to become a Professional Real Estate Agent. Her pursuit of success in this industry also influenced and encouraged several family members to do the same. She was a leader in every since of the word. Claudia Mae Williams met and married Tommie Roy Williams Sr. She was a dedicated wife and proud mother of 5 children. She deeply loved her children and grandchildren with everything within her. Claudia Mae Williams received Christ and baptized in the Name of Jesus and filled with the Holy Ghost at the age of 18. She lived a life of service. Her faithfulness to God and ministry led her to be a devoted servant and leader at Christ Temple Pentecostal Church, now known as Victorious Life Church and Grace Church – both of Kansas City, MO. Her faithful service expanded her influence amongst members and leaders and she was graced with the titles of Mother Williams and Evangelist Williams. She served faithfully in the areas of Missionary work, Evangelism, Eldership, the Nurse’s Guild, Altar Worker and Prayer Team Leader at both ministries. She led the Saturday Prayer team up until the time of her passing. She truly loved being a part of the Body of Christ. Everything about her spoke to this love. She was a faithful servant up to her last breath. Her undying commitment to the work in God’s Kingdom, service to God’s people and her spiritually dedicated life have already spoken well of her in Heaven. Mother Williams leaves the legacy of leading countless numbers of souls to Christ – she adamantly taught that Jesus was the only way. She also opened her pockets and her home to many families and friends throughout the years. Mother Williams was preceded in death by her parents Frank, Sr. and Essie Standifer, her husband Tommie Roy Williams, Sr. (December 29, 2006), and each of her siblings – Frank Standerifer, Jr., Marie Williamson, Dorothy Fuller, Herman Standifer, Sr. and Huey Standifer. Mother Williams leaves to celebrate and cherish her memory – 5 children: Andre Hale of St. Louis MO., Eric Williams of Kansas City, MO., F.L Alysia O’Neal (Bishop Andre O’Neal, Sr.) of Stockton, CA., Bishop Tom R. Williams (Lady Sabrina Williams) of Maple Grove, MN., Lady Kimberly Jackson (Pastor William Jackson) of Peculiar, MO., 1 double first cousin Clara Abdelsamad, 13 Grandchildren – Antonio, LeAndre & Jordan Hale, Corey, Anthony & Halston Williams, Keyonia Cobbins & Alysia Sanders, Jordan, Jaccob & Joshuyan Williams and Erica & Morgan Jackson, 14 great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins and church family. She will be missed by all. Funeral service Friday, December 3, at 11:00am at New Birth Deliverance Worship Center. Interment Leavenworth National Cemetery. Visitation 10:00am-11:00am at the church.
