She was born on November 28, 1967, in Manila, Philippines to Archie Miller and Saturnina Calle-Miller. In 1970, while still serving in the United States Navy Archie received orders to report to the naval base in San Diego, Ca. He packed-up his family and moved his wife Saturnina and their 3-year old daughter Nancy to San Diego. Subsequently, after finishing his tour of duty, they then moved to Kansas City, Missouri. Nancy was educated in the public schools of Kansas City, Missouri, attending Central Junior and Central Senior High School where she graduated with the class of 1986. She also spent quality time with a couple of her very special friends, Vera Sullivan and Shirley Puckett. After graduating high school, Nancy was employed by Durham Bus company as a School Bus Driver. Nancy enjoyed driving and interacting with her student passengers.
