Mary Ann Robinson, 52, departed this life on June 2, 2018 at St. Luke’s Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri.
Mary was born on July 10, 1965 in Kansas City, Missouri to John and Mary Ella (Woods) Sanders.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Mary Ella Sanders, her father, John Sanders, and a sister, Alfreda Williams.
Mary grew up in Kansas City, Missouri. She graduated from Lincoln High School in 1983. She was employed at the United States Postal Service and after twenty-five years she retired in 2017 as a Mail Processing Clerk. She was involved in the Usher Board at Concord Fortress of Hope.
In 1983, Mary was united in Holy Matrimony to David Robinson and they were happily married for eleven years. She enjoyed spending time with family, classmates, and attending family activities.
Mary Ann Robinson leaves to cherish her memories, a son, David (Brandy) Robinson, Jr.; a daughter, Marchella Robinson both of Kansas City, Missouri; grandchildren, Markell and Cody Lee Robinson; siblings: Richard Williams of Phoenix, Arizona, Maurice (Reena) Williams of Kansas City, Missouri, Patricia Lane of Kansas City, Kansas, Ricky (Sharon) Williams of Raytown, Missouri, Kevin Williams of Kansas City, Kansas, Ladonna (Lance) Hudson of Kansas City, Missouri and Tanya (Lester) of North Kansas City, Missouri; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral Service for Mary Ann Robinson will be held Friday, June 8, 11:00 a.m. at Concord Fortress of Hope, 11050 W. Longview Parkway.
Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at the Church.
Interment, Brookings Cemetery.
