Mr. Patrick Demond Goodwin

Mr. Patrick Demond Goodwin,was born on October 7, 1978 to the proud parents Freddie and Fannie Goodwin. He was the fourth child born to this union. On Thursday, February 8, 2024 in Marshall, Missouri he was called to his eternal rest. Patrick attended Saints Temple Church of God In Christ in his youth, where he confessed his hope in Christ at a young age. He trusted in the plan of God for his life, and he always believed in the power of prayer. Patrick attended elementary school in Forrest City, Arkansas. His family relocated to Grandview, Missouri in 1989 where he attended Belvidere Elementary, Grandview Junior High and Grandview High School. Patrick moved to West Saint Paul, Minnesota in 2014, where he continued as a blue-collar worker. He later became a machinist and inspector. He took pride in his job performabce in 2022. Pat reloacted to Marshall, Missouri. Patrick was a devoted father of two beautiful daughters: Kaijha Goodwin and Jozey Woolridge, and one son Craig Jones. He treasured all his children greatly. He took immense pride in watching them grow up. His goal was to make sure that his children greatly. He took immense pride in watching them grow up. His goal was to make sure that his children became the best version of themselves. His love for them knew no bounds, as he offered them encouragement, laughter and unconditional love. In addition to being a loving father, Patrick was the source of endless joy for many others. By nature, he's always been a quiet man. However, his quick wit and clever jokes always kept everyone around him laughing. Pat had a remarkkable ability to find humor in every situation. He had a way of bringing smiles to the faces of those around him. Patrick has gone from this physical realm, but he leaves endless memories for the loved one to cherish, in his time on earth, he touched so many lives and left an indelible imprint on the people around him. We are blessed to have been able to experience his love, and his memory will live on through those who knew him and loved him. Patrick was preceded in death by his grandparents, Mildred and Joseph Wilson and Steven Goodwin, Grandparents, Nancy and David Hurn Senior and Kevin Goodwin his beloved brother. Patrick is survived by his father, Freddie Lee Goodwin; mother, Fannie B. Goodwin; two beautiful daughters, Kaijha M. Goodwin and Jozey M. Woolridge, Kansas City, KS; son, Craig M. Jones, Grandview, MO; his brother, Keith Goodwin, Marshall, MO; sisters, Paula (James) Brown, West St. Paul, MN; and Regina (Solomon) Wilfred, Coon Rapids, MN, Nephews, Dameon, Darren, Brandon; Nieces, Shatara, Nakia, Aria and Freya; Great-nephews, Najee, Kai, Nazier; Great nieces, Nataisha, Alaiya, Nyahna, Aniyah, Naylah; he also leaves a host aunts, uncles, cousins, children mothers, Melinda Jones and Katie Woolridge; dear friends. Family meant the world to him. Visitation will be Wednesday, February 21, at Lawrence A. Jones & Sons Funeral Chapel 5:00pm-8:00pm. Final services and burial Saturday, February 24, in Forrest City, Arkansas
