Obituary Patricia (Pat) Ann Bradford was born on June 5, 1969, in Kansas City, Kansas to Sears B. Bradford, Jr. and Jacqueline (Tiny) Oats-Bradford. She was preceded in death by her father, Sears B. Bradford, Jr., maternal grandparents J.C. and Perryetta Oats and paternal grandparents Sears and Rose Bradford, and three aunts Elenora Duncan, Jeanette Bradford, and Sophia Sanders. Patricia was baptized at Forest Grove Baptist Church, by Pastor Desmond C. Lamb, where she become a member. Patricia received her education at Parker Elementary School, West Middle School, Northwest Middle School, and Wyandotte High School in Kansas City, Kansas. She went on to receive a certificate in business management. Patricia was employed at Extended Stay America Hotel in Shawnee Mission, Kansas until her death. She loved her job and was promoted to a lead position, prior to her death. Patricia made friends wherever she went; she was a fun-loving individual, who loved to laugh and have fun. She was very outspoken and would tell you how she felt upfront about any situation. Patricia loved her jewelry, decorating her home, and cleaning. She did not think anyone could beat her cleaning techniques. She made sure everything was on point. She also loved playing spades, basketball, skating, swimming, shopping for home decorations and spending time with her six grandchildren. Patricia also loved spending time with her family, friends, and special cousins, whom she viewed as brothers and sisters. Patricia departed this life on Monday, April 10, 2023, at the University of Kansas Medical Center in Kansas City, Kansas. She leaves to cherish: her mother, Jacqueline (Tiny) Oats-Bradford, brother, Marvin Bradford, four children, Tiara London, Latrice Bradford (Montel Mitchell), Dewan Bradford, and Shaqwana Leveringston. Six grandchildren, Jamion Baker, Jalynn Baker, Kawailani (Lani) Leveringston, Mar’Kel Mitchell, Aviana (Avi) Bradford, and Mar’Laya Mitchell all of Kansas City, Kansas. She also leaves a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Funeral service will be held on Fri April 21, 2023, 11am at Forest Grove Missionary Baptist Church. Visitation 9-11.
