Ms. Eloris A. White

Eloris Ann White was born August 15th, 1956, in Palestine, Arkansas to Louise Jones (Dickens) and Joe White. Her beloved mother Lousie Jones (Dickens) and good friend Eugene D. Hall Sr. have preceded her in death. Eloris accepted Christ at an early age and loved the Lord. She was a faithful member of the Pentecostal Church of God in Christ under the pastorage of Bishop Daniel M. Jordan. Eloris received her formal education in Jackson County and graduated from Paseo High School. She also attended nursing trade school. Following her education, Eloris held several positions of employment in Edwardsville, Kansas including production line assistant at the Candy Factory and served as a machinist operator at the IDI factory. Eloris’ greatest pleasure was being a homemaker, which she enjoyed for over 20 years. Eloris enjoyed living life and always made an entrance no matter where she went. She had many hobbies which included frequenting thrift stores and garage sales. If Eloris wasn’t home, you had better believe she was at the Thrift Store. She loved shopping and was always ready to step out in style. Eloris also loved music and had a special appreciation for the blues. Some of her favorites included Albert King, B.B. King, and Johnnie Taylor. Eloris would sit back and listen to her music while enjoying a good ole fish fry. She loved fish and always kept her deep freezer stocked. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, but her greatest pleasure was serving the Lord, which she did until her final days. Eloris Ann White lived life to the fullest until she departed this life in the privacy of her home on September 12th, 2025. She leaves to cherish her memory: three loving children; LaShanda White (Obi), Eugene Hall Jr. (Susan), James Hayes-White; her loving sister Nyisha Jones; grandchildren; Eugene Hall III, Bri’ll Hall, Paris Hall, Justin Brooks, Jai’Lynn Brooks, Ciarra Katadrik, Crystal Thomas, Christian Thomas, Kai’lee Tate, nephew Kingston Cabine; several stepbrothers & sisters, along with a host of family and friends. Memorial Services will be held on Saturday September 20, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at Pentecostal Church Of God In Christ. Private Disposition. Arrangements entrusted to Lawrence A.
