Alexanderia Johnson

Alexanderia Rose Johnson, 23, was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma on July 14, 1994, to Kendall Johnson and Harold Liggins. She was the youngest of two siblings, Kathy Jae?, and Charles ?CJ? Johnson. Alexanderia departed this life on December 17, 2017, and was raised to Eternal Life. She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Kathleen Johnson, grandfather, Joe Louis Liggins, uncle, Anthony Liggins, brother, Charles ?CJ? Johnson, and beloved dog, Tootsie Roll Johnson. Alex graduated from Center High School, Class of 2012, in Kansas City, Missouri. During high school, she played basketball and was a member of the Theater Team where she created backdrops for various plays and productions. She attended Northwest Missouri State University, and returned home shortly after to Kansas City, with hopes of pursuing a Cosmetology Degree. Alex was a free-spirited person, who loved and sacrificed for her children. She loved spending time with her family and closest friends. She enjoyed baking, listening to music, shopping, fishing, (which she learned from her Grandpa Blue), making people laugh (her true calling), and talking, and talking, and talking. To know Alex, was to love Alex, she met no stranger. With her outgoing personality and sense of humor, she developed lifelong friendships over the years that will truly be cherished. Being baptized twice, she accepted God at an early age and acknowledged Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior. It is written, II Corinthians 5:8, ?To be absent of the body is to be present with the Lord. This is our faith, Alex?s spirit lives on forever in our hearts. Alexanderia Rose Johnson leaves to cherish her memories, her significant other, Arro Weathers; two children, Kali Makenzie Weathers and AJ Rose Weathers; mother, Kendall Johnson-Wiggins (Leon) of Kansas City, Missouri; father, Harold Liggins of Tulsa, Oklahoma; two sisters, Kathy Jae? (Donald) of Kansas City. Missouri and Kayla Dixon; two nephews, Cah?lil Johnson and Colby Jordan tiller-Johnson; maternal grandparent, Quintis ?Q? Johnson of Claremore, Oklahoma; paternal grandparents, Rosetta Carr of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, Leonard Blue and Mary Underwood of Haskell, Oklahoma; honorary brother, Chadd Pouge; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Memorial Service for Alexanderia Rose Johnson will be held Friday, December 29, from11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. Lawrence A. Jones and Sons Funeral Chapel, 1800 E. Linwood Blvd. Private Disposition.
